REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION

Registration fees for all participants include:
Welcome reception - Conference materials (conference programme, etc.) - Admission to all scientific sessions - Coffee-breaks and buffet lunches.

Registration fees for accompanying persons include:
Welcome reception - Coffee-breaks and buffet lunches - ......

All participants and accompanying persons are invited to wear their badges for all the Conference events.

After 20 October 2012 registrations will be accepted on conference site at the Registration Desk.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND: Cancellation received in writing by the Organizing Secretariat after 1st October 2012 will be subject to 40% penality.
No refund is envisaged for cancellation after 20th October 2012.

* Becoming ISQOLS member
To register for conference as an ISQOLS member, you need to have filled out the membership application form (see www.isqols.org -> membership) and sent it to ISQOLS central office (office@isqols.org).
Due to the fact that momentarily a bank transfer is the most comfortable way to pay the membership fee, you are able to register as a member - even if the payment is credited some days than the deadline for the discount rate registration.
